Please turn off alarm systems. We are responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system. No exceptions.
Keep your home ready to be cleaned. Hourly charges may be imposed if the cleaning team requires more time if your home is not ready to be cleaned.
If our technicians are requested to dust/clean inside of china cabinets or hutches, clean small computer equipment, antiques, or collections, or use customer’s equipment (e.g. vacuum), the customer agrees not to hold Steam Clean Your Carpet, or any of its employees responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or component.
We will make every effort to keep your items safe and not to break, but accidents do happen. We are having limited liability protection for replacement and repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. That’s why we avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental valuable items. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service otherwise we will not be responsible.
Steam Clean Your Carpet, will not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Lockout Policy:
We require 24-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations. There will be a $** charge for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning and all lockouts.
Our cleaning hours are from 00:00 am to 00:00 pm. If for any circumstance our staff is sent away or locked out from your home between these hours, you will be charged the $** fee. We make every effort to work within the time frames requested by our valuable customers.
We will make every attempt to reschedule company-initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions as close to regularly scheduled cleaning dates as possible.
Other Information from Steam Clean Your Carpet:
To meet customer needs and their satisfaction, Steam Clean Your Carpet reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time.
If a customer requests a change to service that differs from the original estimate, additional charges will be charged or a new estimate may be required.
We cannot care for pets, plants, or children due to exposed liability.
Steam Clean Your Carpet 24-HOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning of any portion done by our cleaning services, let us know within 24-hours and we will send a crew back to your home to redo that area.
Payment Options and Policies
CHECK, CASH, VISA/MASTERCARD, and BANK TRANSFERS are the acceptable forms of payment.
A service charge of $** will be added to all NSF Checks.
Please mail all checks payable to Steam Clean Your Carpet, If a check is not left at the time of service, your credit card will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS
Verbal agreement to begin service indicated acceptance of Service Agreement and permission to charge the credit card.
All initial and one-time cleanings require a pre-authorization based on the estimated time and current hourly rates. (Approximately $***-$***)
PICTURES OF BEFORE AND AFTER WORK
For our first-time customers and one-time customers, we always take before and after photos of our work. These pictures are used as proof of performance and promotion.
